Service Description
This is a circuit style class with intervals of work and rest. ***Off Beat means we will be working for intervals of time, rather than with the beat of music. We will work for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds as we move through 3 different exercises. There are 3 blocks of work for a full 45 minute class. SOULstrength is a creative blend of weighted rhythmic resistance exercises, cardio challenging sections, mobility patterns and core conditioning exercises all set to crazy fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment (in person and virtual). SOULstrength improves muscular strength & endurance, cardiovascular endurance , mobility and flexibility, and can also help improve overall fitness levels. Strength training that is FUN, FUNCTIONAL & EFFECTIVE. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. We always make time to socialize before class, so log in a little early with a cup of coffee or tea!
