Service Description

This adaptable, low-impact class alternates between two energizing formats—Sculpt Session and Core Session—yet always centers on building strength in the core, glutes, and shoulders using resistance bands and light weights. Sculpt Session: Emphasizes graceful muscle shaping through precise pulses, barre-inspired toning, and conscious alignment, using light weights and quick band resistance for subtle burn and refinement. Core Session: Delivers athletic core activation through dynamic banded exercises and weight-loaded moves that ignite spinal support, stability, and a powerful center. Every class includes: Resistance Bands: Mini loops and longer bands provide constant tension for sculpting and engagement through every movement phase—with options to increase resistance by choosing different band weights. Light Weights: Used to amplify shoulder strength, stability, and tone—perfect for precise shoulder pulses and integrated core balance. Targeted Muscle Focus: Flow through moves like banded glute bridges, kickbacks, and pulsed squats; shoulder bands or weighted pulsing to refine tone; and core-challenging transitions between levels. All Levels Welcome: Scalable intensity via band strength and weight choices, ensuring both beginners and advanced movers find their challenge and improvement path.

Cancellation Policy

At Rise & Bloom, we value your time—and ours. This policy exists to create clarity, consistency, and respect for everyone in our community. Booking Classes & Sessions All classes, personal training, and small-group sessions must be booked in advance through our scheduling system. Spaces are limited to ensure high-quality coaching and a supportive environment. Booking confirms your commitment to that session time. Cancellation Policy We require at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made with proper notice may be rescheduled or credited according to your package. Late cancellations (less than 12 hours’ notice) or no-shows will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Why? Late cancellations prevent another client from taking that spot and impact our instructors’ schedules. Emergencies & Grace Life happens. If an unexpected emergency arises (illness, family emergency, etc.), please reach out as soon as possible. We reserve the right to offer grace on a case-by-case basis and appreciate open communication. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time to respect the flow of class and the safety of all participants. Arriving more than 5–10 minutes late may mean you’re unable to join, depending on the session type. Late arrivals are considered attended sessions and are not eligible for refunds or credits. Waitlists If a class is full, you’re welcome to join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you’ll be automatically enrolled and notified. Standard cancellation policies apply once you are moved into the class. Packages, Memberships & Expiration All packages and memberships are non-refundable. Expiration dates are clearly listed and help ensure consistency and fairness across all clients. Extensions may be considered for medical reasons with documentation. Studio-Initiated Changes If Rise & Bloom needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will receive a full credit or alternative option.
