Yoga & Fitness

Most people come to yoga because they think they need to stretch more.  Many feel they aren't "good" at yoga because they are not flexible.  While gaining flexibility is important, being mindful and learning to listen to our bodies is paramount.

While all levels are welcome, we specialize in clients who prefer a more gentle practice. We make use of support, such as a chair, blocks, bolsters, blankets, etc. as needed. You will be guided in an individual setting or a small group along the journey to your heart, mind, and body through poses, breathing, and meditation.

We are more than just yoga.

Currently offering YoChi (yoga + tai chi), Chair Yoga, Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga,  BARREfusion, SOULstrength, SOULfusion, and Strength Interval Training. Class sizes are limited to 8, assuring you will receive a personalized workout with modifications available for safety. Classes offered virtually or in-person.

***1-on-1 sessions available, including yoga, strength, and cardio, depending on your needs.  We can meet virtually or in-person.***

"Daring greatly means the courage
to be VULNERABLE.
It means to show up and be seen.
To ask for what you need.
To talk about how you're feeling.
To have the HARD conversations."
